Abstract

Acute stroke is one of the most dreaded neurological emergencies, similarly, acute coronary syndrome is one of the most dreaded cardiac emergencies and last but not the least, Gunshot is one of the most dreaded traumatic emergencies in healthcare setup all over the world (1).
